Gary is a professional chef and creates delicious meals from produce and livestock sourced from the farm. Take the opportunity to wander through the farm to view the orchards, chickens, pigs, cattle and sheep.
Gary is a golf pro with 35 years of golfing experience, played as a professional and was a teaching pro at The Royal Hague Golf & Country Club. He’s the ideal companion if you are looking for challenging golf on some of Hawke’s Bay’s leading golf course, or even personalised coaching.

A feature is the heated salt-water pool wrapped by large decks and entertainment areas, and shaded decks which allow you to escape the sun and enjoy al-fresco dining.
It’s easy to get to The Manse and the most popular way to arrive is by car to provide flexibility when exploring this beautiful region. Or, arrive by helicopter – there’s a landing pad on site. Dietske and Gary do provide complimentary transport to Napier Airport, Havelock North and Hastings.
