Drive to Acacia Bay on the western side of the bay from Taupo, pass the store and restaurant on the left, follow straight on to Wakeman Road and continue for approximately 5 minutes until you reach the security gates at The Point. This is approximately a ten-minute drive from Taupo township. The gates will open using a code provided to you as part of your booking process. Take the lower road on the left, turning right at the T- junction. The Point Villas are at number 24, across the road from the tennis courts. The Point Villas Manager always endeavours to meet with guests, however if this is not possible you will be given a door code to access the Villa

Accommodating up to 4 persons in Tatamoana – Villa One and 6 persons in Ngahere – Villa Two; bedrooms open through to dressing rooms and then into a spacious ensuite with floor to ceiling glass, giving the impression of luxury outdoor bathing. Ngahere features a luxurious outdoor hot tub in a private garden setting.
The Point Villas offer provide the perfect option for those wishing to self-cater. The villas feature magnificently equipped kitchens. For relaxed dining outdoors a barbecue is located on the spacious terraces.
